Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- The roads leading to this home are mostly paved, with single-lane gravel roads for the last 0.2 mile. 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- There are about 8 steps down from the parking area to enter the house.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet.
- Please observe quiet time of 10pm as there are fulltime residents neighboring this home.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- Maximum pets allowed: 2 dogs.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pet fee is $25/nt per pet (up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs allowed).
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.
Parking Information
- There is ONE parking space. Do not bring more than one vehicle as additional vehicles cannot be parked on the road at this home.
- Additional vehicles may be parked at our office, located less than 10 minutes away.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
- There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided.
- We do not provide hair dryers.
- High-speed internet is provided.
- TV is available.
